Our Approach

We adopt the folowing approach for setting up a customised monitoring system for your organisation:-

1. Introduction – We will give you a tour of the salesforce monitoring system to demonstate how the system can be adapted to meet the needs of an organisation so you can determine if it suits your requirements.

2. Consultation – To start the design process, we will hold a session with you to discuss the reporting requirements, management processes and data you want to capture about your organisation’s clients, activity and achievements. We will give you a copy of our Guide to Developing a Management System, so you are fully briefed on what you need to think about and the process we will adopt.

3. Customisation – We will set about customising the system to meet your specification and once complete we will do a user walk-through with you to check it’s capturing everything you need. At this point any final amendments will take place in line with the specification.

4. Training – We will create a user handbook and provide a training session on how to use the front-end of system to an allocated member of the team, so they can become your in-house champion. If required, we can deliver training to a wider group of participants and in basic admin skills, to make simple updates to the back-end of the system.

5. Ongoing Support – We can provide you with ongoing support as required to undertake any further customisation, updates and training on how to use the system. Once you and your team are confident with operating the new system we will keep you informed about new tools and updates to maximise your use of salesforce.

We worked with Envision to design and implement Salesforce to manage their UK wide NCS Cabinet Office Programme with four partner organisations. The system enabled the contract management team to manage progress with volunteers and beneficiaries, and report on client data, activities and impact to the commissioner. We also trained an in-house champion in administration skills to further implement salesforce for other departments. We designed and integrated clicktools online surveys to capture beneficiary and volunteer data via online forms.

We have worked with the Locality team since 2010 to help them plan their management processes and develop their Salesforce CRM to manage £m DCLG funded contracts: Community Organisers, Community Rights, Neighbourhood Planning, and Our Place projects.
