Operational Management Planning

We help management teams to produce an operational management action plan to review their current working practices and future requirements for systems and processes across business departments. The outcome of the plan is to ensure the organisation has systems and processes in place to support their operation and team effectively as it continues to grow.

We either offer coaching or training to the manager to support them to perform this task, or provide consultancy by performing this task internally and liasing with team members directly on behalf of management.

Salesforce CRM Implementation

We specialise in the customisation of Salesforce CRM. We provide design, implementation, training and ongoing maintenance support.

Salesforce can be customised to measure KPI’s, manage internal processes and capture a wide range of data across your business departments. For example across marketing, sales, finance, HR, client services, fundraising, impact etc.

We worked with Global Tolerance to integrate salesforce professional edition across all business departments for sales, client and contract management, and HR functions. We provided training to the in-house champion to enable them to make further updates to the system.

Global Action Plan
