During the workshop we will support you to apply the learning to your own project or organisation, allowing time for discussion, reflection and peer support. For this reason we keep our workshops relatively small with an average of 8 people.
The workshop is delivered by Heather Black – Since 2000, Heather has worked as a research consultant developing impact frameworks and evaluating the impact of social and economic development projects across the UK funded by the national to local government, the Big Lottery and Comic Relief amongst others. She also regularly helps organisations to implement management systems to manage and measure performance.

‘The workshop provided 10 steps with very direct & clear descriptions. It has helped us set up a framework based on the various stakeholders & the organisations aims.’
