Salesforce Junior Administrator

Since Oct 2012, Economic Change CIC has worked with over 2000 non-profit organisations of different size, causes and geographical reach. We are boutique and specialist management consultancy and Salesforce practice.

We implement Salesforce CRM to help our clients manage a wide range of business activities, including their marketing, sales, fundraising, HR, customer support or contract management departments.

Job Title: Junior Salesforce Administrator.

This is a trainee role, where we will spend time training and supporting a person to learn Salesforce Administrator skills. We are looking for professionals who are looking for a career change and are keen to get trained up as an Administrator for customizing and developing Salesforce CRM.

On appointment you will be trained in Salesforce administrator skills and responsible for helping to customize and develop SF solutions for our clients. They will work towards becoming a Certified Salesforce Administrator and completing Trailhead badges. We will put them through our training curriculum developed for our Salesforce Supermums programme.

Job Responsibilities:
– Building Fields and Objects.
– Users and Security Profiles. 
– Workflow Rules. 
– Data Import.
– Reports and Dashboards Installing and using third party apps – Clicktools, Conga Composer, IATs, Vertical Response etc.
– Input into design and customization process
– Preparing for and supporting training and client meetings.
– Other administration tasks as required.
– Learning and upskilling in Salesforce developments.

Essential Candidate Requirements:
– Can demonstrate minimum 3 years professional background and knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service management, fundraising, or contract management.
– Evidence of working for or supporting charitable causes and organisations.
– Demonstrates interest and understanding in digital technology and cloud computing tools.

– Demonstrates experience of team and individual working, ability to self-manage, problem solve, be adaptable.
– Personal attributes required – confident, takes initiative, attention to detail, team-player, keen to learn, takes on a supporter role.

Contract Terms: 1 Year Contract

Hrs: The role could be part-time to full time. – Min 24hr to 40hrs during working hours.

Salary: £21,000 pro rata. To be reviewed at six months based on performance and completion of certification.

Location: Mostly based on our office in Old Street, London with option to also work from home as required.

Salesforce Senior Administrator

Job Title: Salesforce Advanced Administrator

We are looking for an individual with at least 2-3 years experience of customizing and developing Salesforce CRM as a trained and certified administrator, to work on a range of implementation projects for different clients.

The advanced administrator is responsible for:

– Attending client design meetings and assisting with the gathering of requirements, write up of CRM specifications and inputting into the design and functions of system solutions.
– Being the daily point of contact for client liaison during the build and support process to finalise specific requirements and administer solutions.
Understanding the wide range of functionality offered by Salesforce and third party apps and to effectively appraise and evaluate different solutions for prospect and current clients, assisting with the write up of proposals and solutions.
– Training end-client users on how to do system administration and daily updates to the system.
– Participating in Salesforce champion events and contribute to writing articles to up skill and train in-house administrators at our clients.
– Supporting a number of clients a day on their Salesforce CRM based on daily customer support needs.

The role will offer progression opportunities as you will helping to drive forward and grow a boutique Salesforce CRM agency for non-profits and socially driven organisations.

On appointment, they will be responsible for helping to customize and develop SF solutions for our clients and our own database, working on multiple projects at any one time to install new implementations or provide customer service support.

Remuneration
Full Time Position with 6mth probation period. £30k-£40k per annum plus profit bonus scheme, with 28 days leave. Salaries reviewed annually. Progression opportunities available as company grows.

Candidate Requirements:

Essential
– Min 2- 3 year experience, demonstrating ability to work on a range of different projects, deploying and using Salesforce Communities, Sales and Service Cloud Solutions and developing the system to meet client/employer requirements.
– A clear passion for and background and experience working with either Charities, CSR/Corporate Foundations, Public, Education Sectors, Housing Associations.
– Evidence and experience of satisfactorily undertaking the outlined job responsibilities detailed above.
– Certified to Salesforce Administrator 201 plus maintenance of SF certification.
– Experience working with third party apps – Clicktools, Conga, Form Assembly.
– Demonstrates knowledge and enthusiasm in the wider functionality of Salesforce and third party apps, and undertakes regular learning and market research.

Economic Change CIC is a consultancy specialising in non-profits. We are a boutique agency working in London and due to ongoing growth and success we are looking for an in-house highly motivated Salesforce Senior Developer (Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, Lightening).

The Developer will lead on technical requirements and work daily on development and advanced administration requirements for our charitable clients and developing a series of off-the shelf apps for our clients and the app exchange.

You would be working from our London office, remotely and site visits as required.

We are looking for someone who is keen to take a leadership role in technical development and contribute towards developing a consultancy practice, in a dynamic and evolving environment. The role will involve design, planning and implementation work working with a project manager and advanced administrator and clients.

Project Management/Consultant

Job Title: Senior Consultant/ Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced ambitious senior Salesforce consultant with in-depth experience of Salesforce, Agile and Waterfall methodologies who is excited about helping to drive forward and grow a boutique Salesforce CRM agency for non-profits and socially driven organisations.

We are looking for a candidate who has a background as an applied Salesforce Advanced Administrator who also has business analysis and project management skills and has a desire to progress their career with a greater proportion of their time being spent on leading and managing the design of the solution alongside some Salesforce administration task. They must have a passion and experience of working with non-profits, and ideally they would have experience of working on multiple Salesforce instances.

The role requires blended skills as you take a lead on gathering and documenting requirements, designing the salesforce solution, supporting and managing the salesforce admin team to build the solution, quality testing and presenting it back to the client – it therefore entails. business analysis skills, salesforce solution admin and architect skillset and project management skills.

It requires working on multiple projects at any point in time.

They will also work closely with the business development team, undertaking demonstrations, preparing proposals, attending pitches, and advising on budget and Salesforce solutions within proposals as necessary.

Job Responsibilities
– Business Analysis – Gathering and documenting detailed requirements ready for the Salesforce build including process modelling, specification and workbook preparation.
– Salesforce Solution Architect – Taking the lead on the design of the system architecture liaising with our administrator and developer team. Managing, supporting and quality testing the customisation of Salesforce and third party apps with either our salesforce admin/developer team and trainees.
– Project management – Applying agile and waterfall project management skills and practices to multiple projects, ensuring the team meet outcomes within time and budget. Ensure effective use of project management software and tools by the team for managing projects. Effective customer service, case management and communication with customers on deliverables against agreed timeframes.
– User Testing and Training – Presenting the solution back to clients throughout the user testing and training cycle and managing change requests to reach a successful project sign-off stage.
– Performance management of internal team to achieve professional goals and execute solutions to help build an exemplar team.
– Business Development – Undertake demos, prepare proposals for client pitches and attend pitches as required.
– Continual Professional Development – Continue to undertake learning and training of certifications and trailheads to increase knowledge.

Candidate Requirements:
Essential
– A minimum of 2 years hands-on practical Salesforce Administrator or Developer experience with evidence of formal Salesforce training and a current Salesforce Certification. (most recent certification evidence to accompany CV).

– A minimum of 2 years experience undertaking a business analysis role within a Salesforce environment to gather and document requirements to support a salesforce design project. Training or certifications a bonus and evidence of producing business analysis documentation e.g process models, specifications,requirements engineering.
– A minimum of 1 years experience in a project management role and holds a relevant Project Management Qualification, with experience managing multiple projects at one time, and including both small to large projects.( qualification evidence to accompany CV)
– Experience and track record of working with non-profit organisations (Charities, Housing, Education, Health) and/or organisations where they were tasked with implementations related to marketing, fundraising, public sector contract management and quality standards such as ISO 9001.
– Leadership attributes and management skills, with evidence and experience of contributing to business growth and managing a team of staff.
