Join our face to face workshop or online training course to learn the ten steps to Measuring Impact, which will support you to develop your Impact Measurement Framework. The content covers the following topics:
During our face to face workshop we will support you to apply the learning to your own project or organisation, allowing time for discussion, reflection and peer support. For this reason we keep our workshops relatively small with an average of 8 people.
The training is delivered by Heather Black – Since 2000, Heather has worked as a research consultant developing impact frameworks and evaluating the impact of social and economic development projects across the UK funded by the national to local government, the Big Lottery and Comic Relief amongst others. She also regularly helps organisations to implement management systems to manage and measure performance.
‘“A great course in a reduced timeframe. Small group setting with knowledgeable trainer. Theory of change – going through a clear step by step process that I can apply. Considering short to long outcomes not just start and end. Thinking about baseline and theory of change models was really helpful.”
“Clearly delivered, jargon free and pinned at the right level. A terrifically helpful and useful workshop!”
“It was really good to have someone external to the organisation to reinforce the message. It was also useful to think through the bigger picture of our social value, competitive advantage and to link our impact to our values.”
