Economic Change has been supporting Locality over the last 9 months to develop their Salesforce system to manage two large public sector contracts to support Neighbourhood Planning and recruit Community Organisers.
The projects have involved adapting their Salesforce system to manage multiple resources including:- integrated online application forms, set up of service delivery monitoring and reporting capabilities, enabled multi-stakeholder security access, set up volunteer management processes, and design of payment by results performance reports for contract management purposes.
To achieve the results required we adapted salesforce and integrated Clicktools and Conga Composer.
Heather knows everything about Salesforce! From the moment I met her I knew she would be enormously helpful and that was proved right. I can recommend her very highly.
