We guide clients through a series of steps as defined by our Guide to Developing a Management System to ensure a system is properly designed and embedded into an organisation.
Our combined expertise in business strategy, change management, social impact and management systems, is a powerful combination to reduce the risk of failure of a new IT Implementation.
We are a registered Salesforce consultancy partner and implement Salesforce across a range of business departments within organisations. Find out more at Salesforce for Non-Profits.
We also hold Salesforce, Project Management, Business Analysis and Change Management Qualifications. Find out more about our team here
Creating a Plan of Action– We undertake a scoping meeting with clients to understand their business strategy & requirements, help the team to understand the potential of Salesforce and third party apps and show them how to prepare for the CRM project. We agree with the client on the project management approach and deliverables.
Business Analysis – We conduct facilitated discussions with the client to explore and decide on requirements, new processes, systems and tools to help them maximise business benefits. We produce a series of process maps and a detailed specification of the requirements. We are trained business analysts but also have first-hand knowledge of working within non-profits so we understand the approach.
Implementation of System – Our qualified team customise the system, build the requirements and undertake user-testing. We provide an customer service portal to request and track changes. We provide end-user training and Salesforce administrator training to support the roll-out of the system.
Strategy for Successful Adoption – We support clients to develop a change management and user adoption strategy which supports the planning through to implementation stage. To continue our support, clients can take up one of our Support Contracts – Click here to find out more.
