We worked with Envision to design and implement Salesforce to manage their UK wide NCS Cabinet Office Programme with four partner organisations. The system enabled the contract management team to manage progress with volunteers and beneficiaries, and report on client data, activities and impact to the commissioner. We also trained an in-house champion in administration skills to further implement salesforce for other departments. We designed and integrated clicktools online surveys to capture beneficiary and volunteer data via online forms.

Economic Change has worked with ICSF in 2015 and two of their franchisee clients – A Band of Brothers and RECLAIM to improve processes and implement Salesforce.

We have worked with the Locality team since 2010 to help them plan their management processes and develop their Salesforce CRM to manage £m DCLG funded contracts: Community Organisers, Community Rights, Neighbourhood Planning, and Our Place projects.
