The workshop is facilitated by Heather Black, MD of Economic Change. She is a experienced in entrepreneurship, market research, coaching and change management.
She has undertaken primary and secondary market research for 15 years in the areas of socio-economic development.
She is a trained and qualified business coach and has supported over 300 social entrepreneurs on a one to one basis and provided business training to over 2000 budding and established entrepreneurs since 2005.
She is a change management practitioner and can provide guidance on how to facilitate and manage change within your organisation in regards to developing and implementing a new strategy.
Heather founded a social enterprise called Striding Out CIC in 2005, which developed as a franchise nationally, securing contracts of over £2.5m. As the CEO she worked with her team to develop a business strategy aligned with the teams goals and market opportunities.
Heather sat on the Council of Social Enterprise UK, is a Fellow of the RSA, and has won a number of awards including the Social Enterprise Mentor of the Year 2006, Edge Upstart Awards
