1. Introduction - We provide a free consultation to find out about the needs of your organisation and provide a tour of Salesforce CRM to demonstrate how the system can be adapted to meet the needs of your organisation so you can determine if its the right solution.
2. Consultation - We help management teams to produce a clear and detailed CRM specification. This involves reviewing their current practices, creating a wish list and educating the team involved about the capabilities of new technology available. Together we streamline and refine future processes across business departments and design a CRM system with this future efficiency mind. Throughout the design process, we hold design sessions with your employees to discuss reporting requirements, business activities, management processes and data that needs to be captured and embedded in the system. We provide you with a copy of our E-Guide to Developing a Management System and a template for producing a specification. We will help you to rethink and create new process maps to redefine the way your team works using a new system. We offer hands-on consultancy to help write the specification so we get a clear road map of what the final management solution would look like.
3. Customisation - Our team will set about customising the system to meet the specification and at the completion of staged deliverables we will do a client walk-through using the new process maps to check it’s easy to use and captures all of the data and information you need. At this point any final adjustments will take place to complete the solution. We will give you access to our customer portal project management area, where our clients can log change requests, monitor the status of work, and keep updated on the time and budget utilised.
4. Training - We can work with you to produce training resources and deliver in-house training sessions to support the roll-out of the system within your organisation. Our team has extensive experience training teams on a small to national scale within the sector. We support managers to roll-out the new system internally as well as deliver training on Salesforce admin skills, so appointed Salesforce champions can make updates to the back-end of the system.
5. Ongoing Support - We can provide ongoing support as budget allows to undertake further customisation work and training on how to use the system. Once you and your team are confident with operating the new system we will keep you informed about new tools and updates to maximise your use of salesforce. If you take out a support contract, we will provide you with ongoing access to our customer support portal, so our team can respond to your requests in a timely fashion.
