Heather Black, Managing Director
Founder of Economic Change CIC, Heather has supported the growth of charities and social enterprises since 2000 as an established management consultant, coach and trainer. Heather is an expert in business analysis, change management, Salesforce CRM and impact measurement and has worked with and supported many non-profit organisations to change the way they work for the better.
Heather is certified in Change Management, Agile Project Management, BSC Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis, and a Coaching & NLP Practitioner. She’s also a certified Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Developer, Sales & Service Cloud Consultant and trained in Salesforce CRM Consulting.
Zoe Lynds, Operations Manager
Zoe has over 15 years operational management experience in HR, recruitment, training and coaching. She has worked in recruitment, hospitality and retail and most recently a corporate employing over 500,000 people operating in 7,000 locations around the world. She is passionate about empowering people to realise their potential through coaching and mentoring. Zoe manages our people supporting our employees, contractors, trainees and volunteers.
She loves spending time with her 2 daughters, their Dartmoor Pony, black lab and their Dad but she needs to go running and cycling at least twice a week to keep some sanity.
Gareth Evans, Senior Consultant/Project Manager
Gareth brings a breadth of Marketing, Strategy, CSR and Consulting expertise, gained during a 20-year career with a range of blue-chip companies including Aviva, Colt, EDF Energy and Experian. This is combined with over 10 years’ experience of working with voluntary and community groups. Always focusing on using data & insight to drive better relationships, better decisions and better performance.Gareth is certified Business Analyst, Agile Project Manager and Salesforce Professional. He has managed the global implementation and rollout of Salesforce instances for a variety of companies. He now specializes in non-profit solutions, and takes a lead on our grant management and marketing solutions. When not working or juggling the demands of two children, Gareth tries to watch as much rugby as he can.
Martin Brockwell, Service Desk Manager & Supermums Trainer
Martin manages our support desk and training services to provide ongoing functional and technical support to non-profits. He is experienced in working with small to large-scale Salesforce CRM implementations. An experienced Business Analyst & Salesforce Consultant, Martin project manages a technical team which provides ongoing support services to our clients, and also our charity admin training course. Martin is qualified IT project manager with Prince 2, BSC Requirements Engineering and Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant and App Builder Certifications.
Kate Bowe, Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst
Kate has 20+ years’ experience in Project Management & Business Analysis. Before joining Economic Change, she worked with the RSA on a Salesforce implementation involving membership, sales, marketing and payment integration. She is a full lifecycle consultant and has implemented Salesforce for many organisations and previously worked for Salesforce Cloud Alliance Partner – Xenogenix. Kate is a qualified Prince2 practitioner, Agile Project Manager, Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant.
Jasmine Toogood, Solutions Consultant
Jasmine has a professional background as a marketeer since 2005 working for large corporates including EE for 8 years of her career as a campaign manager. She transferred to Salesforce in 2017 to join our salesforce admin and marketing solutions after completing our Salesforce Supermums Admin training course. Jasmine has since worked on many of our salesforce implementation projects ranging from volunteer management, service delivery, fundraising and marketing implementations since joining Economic Change. Jasmine is now a qualified Agile Project Manager, a Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Non Profit Consultant and Pardot Certified Consultant.
Barbara Clarkson, Solutions Consultant
Barbara arrived in the UK in 2008 after completing her law degree in South Africa. Having decided that suits and heels were not her thing, she came to the UK and for a decade was involved in teaching young people how to row. Over that decade, Barbara worked her way up through the nonprofit organisation to senior management level, and gaining valuable experience about how charities operate from the bottom-up.
After 4 years as an end user of Salesforce, Barbara took over the internal Admin role but it was only in 2017 on her second round of maternity leave that she officially qualified as a Salesforce Administrator completing our Supermums course. Since then, she has also gained her Service Cloud Consultant Certification and is currently championing the use of the Higher Education Design Architecture.
Barbara also used to run ultra marathons and triathlons and that’s her next goal – to do another in the future!
Charlotte Gibson, Senior Salesforce Developer
Charlotte is an experienced IT professional with a broad range of skills, covering data structure, design & development, web design, and data analysis/reporting. She has been a Salesforce consultant since 2006, working with non-profits and commercial companies. Charlotte has undertaken Salesforce development work on a number of client projects, including UpRising, Grace Eyre, A Band of Brothers and the The Work People CIC. Charlotte is a Platform 1 qualified Developer.
Komal Yesweker, Solutions Consultant
Komal has 7 years of experience using a CRM to manage customer service, sales and accounting management within the financial retail industry before moving to become a business analyst in the IT sector and specialising in Salesforce in 2017. Komal is a certified Agile Project Manager and Salesforce professional. Since then, she has worked with a series of nonprofit organisations, helping them to manage their fundraising, sales and customer services processes using NPSP, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Neil Mallett, Senior Consultant / Project Manager
Neil joined Economic Change in June 2019 and is an experienced Salesforce Consultant having worked in a consultancy role since 2016 managing and supporting multiple non-profit clients to use Salesforce at Homeless Link and Cloud for Good.
Prior to that he worked at VSO and used Salesforce to manage 1000’s of volunteers internationally.He is very familiar with managing bespoke customer builds from start to finish, training end users on systems, providing sales demos and providing administrator support to existing customers.
David Chater, Solutions Consultant
David has 18 years’ experience across the voluntary and public sector, including senior leadership and trustee roles. He started out in campaigns and policy work with national charities Crisis and Turning Point. He then decided to work for the Department for Education working on national legislation and funding programmes, from tackling young people’s substance misuse to the £100 million Children’s Social Care Innovation Programme. David was also Vice-Chair of young people’s charity Brook for five years. He is an experienced in project manager and has an overview of all charity management practices gained from his broad experience in the sector.
Before joining Economic Change he was Head of Funds at Power to Change, a large independent charitable foundation where he led the team that set-up and ran their open funding programmes.He worked with Economic Change on developing their salesforce system to manage grant giving and was a senior user for two years. He enjoyed it so much he decided to retrain through the Supermums programme, gaining Certified Administrator Status.He now works on a range of salesforce projects from fundraising, grant management, service delivery to help non-profits harness salesforce. When not working he can be found running (usually uphill) in the Peak District.

Isobel Kelly, Social Impact and Salesforce Expert
Isabel Kelly is a current board member for Economic Change CIC. She is passionate about social justice and, ever since her first job at Oxfam, her career has focused on finding ways to make significant impact in the world, using the resources of both the nonprofit and corporate worlds. Isobel was previously International Director of the Salesforce Foundation and Director at the SAGE Foundation.
Luke Wheeler, IT Sales, Internet Marketing and Social Media Expert
Luke Wheeler is a current board member of Economic Change CIC. His specialties include Sales negotiation, business development, inbound/outbound marketing strategy, social media strategy, account management, team management, digital marketing, project coordination, supplier and due diligence evaluation, high level network and IT infrastructure design.
