Economic Change CIC is a social enterprise, and as part of our social mission we invested our profit into establishing a workforce development programme to upskill mums as Salesforce professionals to secure flexible well-paid work. We wanted to tackle three key causes – supporting women returners to get back into well paid flexible employment, increasing the number of women in tech and tackling diversity and gender equality in the workplace Since Nov 2016 we have had over 150 trainees engaged on our six month programme with 80% progressing into work within three months from across the world.
Work with us on our Supermums programme
Small Non Profit Discount Package
Our Supermums provide pro-bono hours on small non-profit implementations and occasionally support contracts working alongside our experienced consultants. This enables us to give in-kind support alongside a paid package of support to charities to implement Salesforce. This also enables Supermum trainees to gain valuable work experience ready to take their next steps into a Salesforce Career. As of Oct 19 over 90 non-profits have benefited from 3600 hours of in-kind support.
Recruit Your Ideal Salesforce Resource
As a Salesforce Customer you are probably going to need a long-term permanent or contract Certified Salesforce resource, and it’s likely we have the perfect candidate for you. We have placed our Supermum Alumni and other experienced talent into Non-Profit Customers to help them manage their Salesforce instance and users and we can help you recruit too.
Mentor A Supermum
We rely on the kind support of certified Salesforce volunteers to help deliver training content and to mentor our Supermums. If you’re looking to give something back, and would like to volunteer to help mums return to work then please get in touch, we’d love to hear from you!
