Heather Black, our founder, is an award winning social entrepreneur, coach, trainer and consultant.
She was awarded a coveted Golden Hoodie from Salesforce for her contribution to the workforce development and non-profits.
She regularly speaks about non-profits embracing tech, with conferences including MERL Tech, Salesforce, Institute of Fundraising, and Chase 25.
Heather launched Economic Change in 2006 to empower non-profits to demonstrate their impact, embrace digital technology and deploy digital strategies. Since then Economic Change has developed a team of experts and partners and we have supported 1000’s of clients internationally, nationally and locally.
She is a global trainer for Salesforce professionals in Business Analysis, Change Management and Agile Project Management.
She launched a global workforce development initiative called Supermums, to upskill female returners in Salesforce technology and help them secure flexible well-paid careers.
