Heather Black, Managing Director

Founder of Economic Change CIC, Heather has supported the growth of charities and social enterprises since 2000 as an established management consultant, coach and trainer. Heather is an expert in business analysis, change management, Salesforce CRM and impact measurement and has worked with and supported many non-profit organisations to change the way they work for the better.

Heather is certified in Change Management, Agile Project Management, BSC Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis, and a Coaching & NLP Practitioner. She’s also a certified Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Developer, a range of Salesforce Consultant Certs and trained in Salesforce CRM Consulting.

Zoe Lynds, Operations Director

Zoe has over 15 years operational management experience in HR, recruitment, training and coaching. She has worked in recruitment, hospitality and retail and most recently a corporate employing over 500,000 people operating in 7,000 locations around the world. She is passionate about empowering people to realise their potential through coaching and mentoring.

Zoe is qualified as a NLP Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and has completed certification in Mentoring & Coaching from the Institute of Leadership & Management. She provides 1:1 coaching services to both the team and to external clients. She is also our internal Mental Wellbeing champion. She is responsible for managing our people, supporting our employees, contractors, trainees and volunteers.

Martin Brockwell, Head of Delivery

Martin oversees the Project Delivery and Support Desk teams managing resource planning, overseeing quality assurance and training to our delivery team. He is responsible for customer satisfaction.

He has worked at Economic Change since 2015 starting out as a consultant, following many years working as an internal salesforce administrator for national charities.

He is experienced in working with small to large-scale Salesforce CRM implementations.

He is an experienced Business Analyst & Salesforce Consultant. Martin is qualified IT project manager with Prince 2, BSC Requirements Engineering.

Kat Sandford, Senior Consultant & Project Manager

Kat has worked in the charity sector for the last ten years, having started her career in the NHS. She has worked across the education, health and humanitarian sectors, delivering technology solutions for volunteer programmes, events management, impact measurement and online learning.

At the Humanitarian Leadership Academy, she implemented Kaya, a global self-registration learning platform for humanitarian responders; the platform won an innovation award at the World Humanitarian Summit and reached 50,000 users in its first two years. Under Kat’s guidance, Kaya was rolled out for other major humanitarian and international development organisations as a B2B platform-as-a-service offer.

Kat led the Salesforce transformation programme at Ambition Institute, a graduate school for teachers and education system leaders. The programme benefited from communities, pardot and salesforce across marketing, sales, programme delivery and operations following two successive mergers.

At Economic Change, Kat is leading on Membership and Education Solutions alongside other solutions for a range of charities.

She holds a qualification in Agile PM, and a BSC Foundations in Business Change and BCS Business Process Modelling certifications.

David Chater, Senior Consultant & Project Manager

David has worked with Salesforce since 2016 and has 18 years’ experience across the voluntary and public sector in programme management roles, including senior leadership and trustee roles. He started out in campaigns and policy work with national charities Crisis and Turning Point. He then decided to work for the Department for Education managing a range of youth funded programmes. David was also Vice-Chair of young people’s charity Brook for five years.

Before joining Economic Change he was Head of Funds at Power to Change where he worked with Economic Change and used Salesforce to manage grant giving for two years. He enjoyed it so much he upskilled in Salesforce skills and now a holds a qualification as Certified Agile Project Manager Practitioner and a suite of Salesforce certifications. 

He leads on Grant Management Solutions at Economic Change alongside other projects.

Kate Bowe, Technical Solutions Consultant

Kate has 20+ years’ experience in Project Management & Business Analysis. Before joining Economic Change, she worked with the RSA on a Salesforce implementation involving membership, sales, marketing and payment integration. She is a full lifecycle consultant and has implemented Salesforce for many organisations and previously worked for Salesforce Cloud Alliance Partner – Xenogenix. Kate is a qualified Prince2 practitioner, Agile Project Manager, Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator and Consultant Certifications

Graham Hopgood, Technical Solutions Consultant

Graham has been working in the non-profit sector for over 13 years, in a variety of roles spanning programme delivery, service design, account management, impact measurement, and even a bit of recruitment. He became the Salesforce Administrator for a small charity in 2013, and has been obsessed ever since. Before joining Economic Change in summer 2019, he worked as an in-house Salesforce Administrator for both large and small charities and has delivered many Salesforce projects as a freelance consultant.

His specialisms are business process automation and analytics, with extensive experience of using Salesforce Einstein Analytics to deliver beautiful, interactive business intelligence tools. A proud data geek, Graham’s guiding principle is “Dashboard Everything”.

Komal Yesweker, Solutions Consultant & Project Manager

Komal has 7 years of experience using a CRM to manage customer service, sales and accounting management within the financial retail industry before moving to become a business analyst in the IT sector and specialising in Salesforce in 2017. Komal is a certified Agile Project Manager and Salesforce professional. Since then, she has worked with a series of nonprofit organisations, helping them to manage their fundraising, sales and customer services processes using NPSP, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Jasmine Toogood, Solutions Consultant & Project Manager

Jasmine has a professional background as a marketeer since 2005 working for large corporates including EE for 8 years of her career as a campaign manager. She transferred to Salesforce in 2017 to join our salesforce admin and marketing solutions after completing our Salesforce Supermums Admin training course. Jasmine has since worked on many of our salesforce implementation projects ranging from volunteer management, service delivery, fundraising and marketing implementations since joining Economic Change. Jasmine is now a qualified Agile Project Manager, a boasts a range of certifications.

Becky Smith, Solutions Consultant & Project Manager

Becky is an experienced professional with more than 20 years’ experience in the public and non-profit sector, consulting with clients to elicit requirements, designing solutions, presenting recommendations to senior leadership. She has extensive project management experience and is a certified APMG Agile Project Manager and hold her BCS Requirements Engineering certification. She has worked in an operational capacity overseeing finance, HR, delivering training, systems design and information & communications management including working with Salesforce since 2018. 

She specialises in Impact Management Solutions.

Nicola Gibba, Solutions Consultant & Project Manager

Nicola Gibba has 13 years non-profit experience working in Volunteer Management and Project Management. Prior to becoming a consultant she has worked sith Salesforce since 2016 and managed an international salesforce project. Her previous roles were at Lattitude Global Volunteering, VSO, Groundwork, EMERGE 3’s and Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education. She has now been involved in a range of salesforce projects. 

She specialises in Volunteer Management Solutions.

Debbie Nevin, Solutions Consultant

Debbie is an experienced Business Manager, Fundraiser, Implementation Consultant and System Administrator. She has a proven track record of success working in the Not for Profit sector, as both a Fundraiser and a Software Support manager supporting charities using Donor Strategy.

Debbie has many years experience managing projects and implementing CRM systems for charities, most recently in Salesforce NPSP and previously in Donor Strategy. Debbie has been working with charities in various capacities since 2002 and with software since 1989.

She is also a Supermum Alumni. 

Conway Buckle, Head of Business Development

An experience business development professional having worked for a range of Salesforce Consultancies and Salesforce directly as an AE. He is averse with prospecting and general Business Development for all the Salesforce Applications and selected AppExhange Applications (incl. Sales, Service & Marketing Clouds, Force.com, DocuSign, WalkMe, Zuora and Informatica Cloud). He enjoys client engagement and discovery meetings around their requirements and drafting and submission of solution proposals. He also oversees our partnership with Salesforce Partner Account Managers to alliance as an salesforce Partner.

Laila Zaghari, Marketing Executive

Laila has over 15 years experience in a consulting role in the public and non-profit sector working with a range of organisations in scale and scope including Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Homelessness Charities & Capacity Building Organisations. She has specialised in Managing Grant funded Project and Programmes. 

She is CIM qualified and has over 10 years + experience of managing marketing campaigns including launching a Social Enterprise whilst at Broadway St Mungo. 

She is an experienced Salesforce Administrator. She is passionate about supporting nonprofits, and has been a trustee of two charities.

Cat Wheeler, Office Manager & PA

Cat is a former teacher with experience in the corporate sector in Facilities Management and as PA and Office Manager to large teams including working at The Walt Disney Company. She currently manages the day to day operations, co-ordinates our growing team and supports Heather’s workload. She is also Supermum Alumni. 

Rosie Murphy, Finance Officer

Rosie is an AAT qualified and licensed accountant and bookkeeper. She previously worked in several accountancy firms as an Accounts Drafter before embarking on freelance contracts and taking on Economic Change as a client. She is responsible for the day to day financial management and reporting for the organisation.

Luke Wheeler, IT Sales, Internet Marketing and Social Media Expert

Luke Wheeler is a current board member of Economic Change CIC. His specialties include Sales negotiation, business development, inbound/outbound marketing strategy, social media strategy, account management, team management, digital marketing, project coordination, supplier and due diligence evaluation, high level network and IT infrastructure design.
