Our values

The foundation of our company & the way we work and live. Between 2005 and 2012 Economic Change solely invested its profits into Striding Out CIC, a social enterprise supporting young people to achieve their ambitions. In October 2012 Economic Change became a separate legal entity and as a Community Interest Company (CIC) we now have our own social mission.

Our team are passionate about helping to make an impact and supporting positive change within society. Working and supporting socially driven organisations is part of our DNA.

We are a social enterprise with a non- profit legal structure. We believe in charging a fair price to our non-profit clients and reinvesting surplus profit back into supporting our social mission.

We strive to support the growth of individuals and organisations through our blend of training, coaching and consultancy work. We go beyond helping our clients to achieve their goals, to build their capacity for sustained growth. We take pride in seeing our clients grow.

We strive for professional excellence in everything we do and deliver. We are constantly learning, evaluating and developing to give clients the best solution and customer experience. We invest in continued professional development of our staff to make sure they are equipped to deliver the best solution and experience to you. We love happy clients!

We consider it our responsibility to work closely with you and your team to listen and understand your needs. We like to consider ourselves part of your team and we are proud to have continued relationships with our clients over many years.

We help people and organisations embrace change management and technology to make our solutions easy to understand and use. Our experienced consultants have worked with all levels from senior management to outreach staff to facilitate, train and coach them to implement change.

The impact of our direct intervention

It can take up to a full year or more for our clients to realise the full benefits of the solutions we implement. Many have found that their implementation has helped them to compete effectively for contracts, secure social investment and given them the internal infrastructure to scale up their organisation. When we implement a solution or deliver training we ask our clients what impact the support will have on their organisation, and the latest figures show:

75%

stated it would improve the efficiency of their organisation, particularly in the areas of simplified management processes, improved customer care and management and improved access to management information.

82%

stated their organisation would become more sustainable, particularly in the areas of monitoring and reporting on KPI’s more readily, reduced admin costs and achieving quality standards.

86%

stated they would be able to maximise their impact, particularly in regards to improved methods for measuring impact and evaluating the customer experience, to provide greater market intelligence.

Since 2012, we have reinvested in the growth of the organisation to support our socially driven clients to increase their efficiency, sustainability and maximise impact. Making a profit isn’t an ultimate goal as we are nonprofit CIC, but if we do generate surplus profit we look to re-invest it in an ethical way.

In November 2016, we launched our Salesforce Supermums Programme, a training and upskilling programme to support mums back in to work with Salesforce. All our profit has since been reinvested to help grow this initiative, to help make a positive impact in society, support mums back in to the workplace and champion equality and flexible working practices. We have some exciting plans ahead, so watch this space!
