Our one to one Social Impact Clinics can help you review your Theory of Change Model, discuss monitoring and evaluation methods in a quick and simple session. Typically sessions might last 1-4hrs depending on the depth of work that needs doing

The one to one clinic could cover any of the following topics:

• Aims and objectives
• Defining your outputs and outcomes
• Communicating impact using a Theory of Change Model or Logic Model
• Methods of capturing evaluation data
• Producing social impact materials
• Designing a comprehensive client management and social reporting system

Based on the requirements, we will choose the best expert from our team to provide the guidance you need. Our experts cover health, education, economic development, environmental, community regeneration outcomes.

The clinics can be held virtually or face to face at our office in Old Street.

The cost is £100 plus VAT per hour
