Theory of Change Models provide a visual snapshot to summarise of your approach and impact your project or organisation is trying to achieve.

This creates a great tool to use in marketing and communications, as it sums up your project or organisation on one A4 page.

As you can see the format of the diagram changes depending on the intervention, range of stakeholders and and associated outcomes. There is no one size fits all but the principles are the same.
