Bridge Renewal Trust
Organisation Goals
The Bridge Renewal Trust is a charity based in Tottenham. They were set up in 2009 as a successor body to the Bridge New Deal for Communities (NDC) that led regeneration in Tottenham from 2000 – 2010. Their main purpose is to deliver practical ways that people can live healthier lives – thus playing a part in working towards reducing health inequalities.
What support Economic Change provided
Since 2015 we have worked on numerous projects with the Bridge Renewal Trust.
We initially worked with Bridge Renewal Trust (BRT) on creating a Social Impact Framework for their community asset portfolio, with a specific focus on the Chestnuts Community Centre in South Tottenham. The work was funded by the Impact Readiness Fund, a £1.5 million pilot fund managed by the Social Investment Business for the Cabinet Office.
We also helped BRT develop a CRM specification to help them plan out their requirements and secure funding to introduce Salesforce to their organisation.
We first implemented Salesforce to manage their Voluntary Services project supporting community and voluntary sector organisations in the London Borough, and creating an online directory of services.
We developed Salesforce to manage their Home from Hospital Contracted Service and Health @ The Hut programme funded by the Big Lottery
