About Us
What makes us uniquely placed is that we are a social enterprise too, bring market-leading Salesforce technology to our clients, whatever their size or cause. We work closely with each of our clients to get to the heart of their mission, bringing about a change for good.
Some things about Economic Change we’re particularly proud of:
Since 2005 we have built an established business, 65% of our work comes through repeat or referral business, so we know we must be doing things right!
We are proud to have been nominated for awards by Salesforce, which we have won or shortlisted for, to recognise our commitment to non-profits and workforce development.

Our values
The foundation of our company & the way we work and live. Between 2005 and 2012 Economic Change solely invested its profits into Striding Out CIC, a social enterprise supporting young people to achieve their ambitions. In October 2012 Economic Change became a separate legal entity and as a Community Interest Company (CIC) we now have our own social mission. We reinvest in our mission to support non-profits with technology and a workforce development programme we launched called Supermums.

People Centered
We help people and organisations embrace change management and technology to make our solutions easy to understand and use. Our experienced consultants have worked with all levels from senior management to outreach staff to facilitate, train and coach them to implement change.
The impact of our direct intervention
It can take up to a full year or more for our clients to realise the full benefits of the solutions we implement. Many have found that their implementation has helped them to compete effectively for contracts, secure social investment and given them the internal infrastructure to scale up their organisation. When we implement a solution or deliver training we ask our clients what impact the support will have on their organisation, and the latest figures show:
stated they would be able to maximise their impact, particularly in regards to improved methods for measuring impact and evaluating the customer experience, to provide greater market intelligence.
Since 2012, we have reinvested in the growth of the organisation to support our socially driven clients to increase their efficiency, sustainability and maximise impact. Making a profit isn’t an ultimate goal as we are nonprofit CIC, but if we do generate surplus profit we look to re-invest it in an ethical way.
In November 2016, we launched our Salesforce Supermums Programme, a training and upskilling programme to support mums back in to work with Salesforce. Our profit has since been reinvested to help grow this initiative, to help make a positive impact in society, support mums back in to the workplace and champion equality and flexible working practices. It is now a global initiative supporting mums worldwide.
