Heather Black, Managing Director
Founder of Economic Change CIC, Heather has supported the growth of charities and social enterprises since 2000 as an established management consultant, coach and trainer. Heather is an expert in business analysis, change management, Salesforce CRM and impact measurement and has worked with and supported many non-profit organisations to change the way they work for the better.
Heather is certified in Change Management, Agile Project Management, BSC Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis, and a Coaching & NLP Practitioner. She’s also a certified Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Developer, a range of Salesforce Consultant Certs and trained in Salesforce CRM Consulting.
Zoe Lynds, Operations Director
Zoe has over 15 years operational management experience in HR, recruitment, training and coaching. She has worked in recruitment, hospitality and retail and most recently a corporate employing over 500,000 people operating in 7,000 locations around the world. She is passionate about empowering people to realise their potential through coaching and mentoring.
Zoe is qualified as a NLP Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and has completed certification in Mentoring & Coaching from the Institute of Leadership & Management. She provides 1:1 coaching services to both the team and to external clients. She is also our internal Mental Wellbeing champion. She is responsible for managing our people, supporting our employees, contractors, trainees and volunteers.
Martin Brockwell, Head of Delivery
Martin oversees the Project Delivery and Support Desk teams managing resource planning, overseeing quality assurance and training to our delivery team. He is responsible for customer satisfaction.
He has worked at Economic Change since 2015 starting out as a consultant, following many years working as an internal salesforce administrator for national charities.
He is experienced in working with small to large-scale Salesforce CRM implementations.
He is an experienced Business Analyst & Salesforce Consultant. Martin is qualified IT project manager with Prince 2, BSC Requirements Engineering.
Graham Hopgood, Technical Solutions Consultant
Graham has been working in the non-profit sector for over 13 years, in a variety of roles spanning programme delivery, service design, account management, impact measurement, and even a bit of recruitment. He became the Salesforce Administrator for a small charity in 2013, and has been obsessed ever since.
Before joining Economic Change in summer 2019, he worked as an in-house Salesforce Administrator for both large and small charities and has delivered many Salesforce projects as a freelance consultant.
His specialisms are business process automation and analytics, with extensive experience of using Salesforce Einstein Analytics to deliver beautiful, interactive business intelligence tools. A proud data geek, Graham’s guiding principle is “Dashboard Everything”.
Will Dyer, Solution Consultant/Project Manager
Will has many years of experience working on using technology in political campaigns. Designing, building, and implementing technology solutions to help win votes and campaign for change.
Before joining Economic Change in 2021, Will spent many years working for one of the UK’s big national political parties. Working on digital solutions for a online leadership election, online party conferences, new campaigning tools, managing volunteers and a large membership base.
Will’s speciality is implementing change using technology into an organisation. Ensuring that whatever your technical knowledge/experience, you will be able to experience a product to the full.

Lorena Saez-Bravo, Customer Success Manager
Lorena has 15 years of international experience in Customer Success and Account Management in the technology and data services industries. She is skilled at managing a large portfolio of customers and projects and providing onboarding client support experience.
Lorena worked at Experian for over 10 years as part of the Digital Marketing team and also the Global Corporate Social Responsibility team. Prior to joining Economic Change Lorena worked as a Customer Success Manager for a Salesforce Partner payment processing solution. She holds a Masters in Corporate Social Responsibility and a Bachelors in Business Administration and International Marketing.
She is also a Supermum Alumni and a Certified Coach. Lorena is passionate about making a difference in society via technology-driven services with a social purpose.
Liezel Kooyman, Solutions Consultant & Project Manager on the helpdesk
Liezel upskilled in Salesforce in 2017 and in 2018 she joined a Salesforce ISV partner as a Project Manager and Salesforce Admin for bespoke implementation projects and also assisted with managing the customer support desk.
Liezel is passionate about supporting non-profits and helping them benefit by making the most of their Salesforce CRM. Prior to that she had 14 years experience working in finance where she started out as an auditor and moved on to management accountant, business analyst, finance manager and lastly head of finance for a charity.
Her last 6 years in finance was spent working in the non-profit sector.
Maud Jennin, Technical Consultant on Helpdesk
Maud has 10 years’ experience in Customer Support and has held a variety of roles from Customer Service Representative to Customer Support Manager.
In 2019, she decided to focus her career on Salesforce and took on a more hands-on Technical position where she developed her Salesforce knowledge and skills. She is now a Salesforce Certified Administrator and is sure that this is the first of a long series of Salesforce certifications.
She is always looking at opportunities to make a difference and is thrilled to be part of the Economic Change team, putting her skills to the service of non-profit organisations.
Issy Okonta, Office Manager
Issy joined Economic Change in April 2021 and brings with her over 10 years experience in the charitable and not-for profit sector.
Specialising in the following areas; administration, event management, marketing, Finance and Facilities and office management. She brings to Economic change, her creativity and experience in film, marketing, website design.
She will manage the day to day operations, co-ordinates our growing team and supports our operations team. She is also responsible for our social media sites and updating the website.
