Alongside the salesforce admin training, we provide recommended resources and trailheads to support your ongoing learning.
To support you after training you can also purchase our Salesforce Champion Mentoring package. This provides an additional 24hrs of one to one mentoring support over the course of a year to help further develop your capacity, get access to other training modules and support you to implement and develop your salesforce system.
3 month Salesforce Admin Course
Whether you have become the admin for a newly built system, or are looking in to customising the system yourself, this course will give you the skills you need.
Our specialist trainers will cover all the learning objectives required to take the Salesforce Administrator Certification, as well as the fundamentals of the Non-Profit Success Pack.
This course is only open to individuals working within charities who have a system available to practice their skills on. The ability to apply learning in practice is an important part of the learning journey.
The course consists of a combination of self study online learning, open office hours and peer support.
- We create accountability by setting out a weekly timetable for learning but you can work through the content at your own pace.
- We provide support through open Office Hours if you need help.
- We provide motivation by setting learning objectives each week and providing a group chatter group for peer support.
This is a great opportunity to upskill and empower your team to make the most of Salesforce with in-house support.

The course includes
- 12 x Pre-Recorded (2.5hr) Learning Modules available on demand.
- Recommended Optional Practical Homework.
- Weekly 1hr Drop-In Open Office Hours Sessions to discuss or access help with study related topics.
- Additional Self Study Resources using Trailhead.
- Online chatter group for peer support.
- LMS access for online learning material for one year.

Salesforce Champion Mentoring Support Package

With our Salesforce Champion Support Package, you will receive 24 hours of support (including one 4-hour onsite visit) which can be used on whatever you like, whenever you like.
You can use your hours for training, customisation, or analysis work, delivered by any of our team of Salesforce experts. This could include supporting you on more complex parts of your implementation, working with you on aspects you are struggling with, developing custom objects and more.
As part of the support contract, we will also perform a system health-check to check your system is running to it’s potential, and keep you posted about updates to Salesforce, letting you know if any may be of particular interest to your organisation.
