The Context
As an educational charity, the Co-operative College empowers and inspires individuals and communities to build a fairer world. They provide of professional accredited/non-accredited training courses to co-operative employees and provide consultancy support to co-operative schools.
The Challenge
The main driver for moving to Salesforce was to transition from working with multiple spreadsheets and silo working to having a system that could track sales and record the progress of students and projects for the team

Economic Change worked with the Co-operative College on two implementations to design and implement Salesforce within their external training department and contract work with schools.
