About Heather
Heather Black is an experienced Digital Transformation Coach working with many senior leadership teams and CRM project managers to help make their digital CRM projects successful. She has overseen 300+ projects and is qualified and experienced in Agile Project Management, Coaching, Change Management, Business Analysis and System Design.
She delivers one to one and group coaching to digital project leaders who are going through the digital transformation journey and implementing a CRM either with Economic Change or other CRM consultancies. She coaches on the internal approach to change management and business requirements.
Her ultimate measure of success is engaging and exciting users to use digital technology to achieve better outcomes for themselves and their stakeholders.
