What exactly are the elements to our health check offer?

We take you or your team through a series of exercises including: 

  • An Initial Assessment Call to assess suitability.

  • A 2 Hour Business Analysis Consultation comprising of; 

    An Organisational Review, Organisational Drivers/Motivational Factors for CRM and an Organisation-wide Adoption of CRM: Technical Audit

  • A 16hr Desk Based System Review comprising of;                                       

    User Adoption Appraisal, Installation of User Adoption Dashboard, Product and Feature Appraisal, Governance and Management Review, Salesforce Management Appraisal & Optimizer Report, Security Health Check Report, NPSP Health Check Report, Error Handling, Assessing How Organisation Users Data, Assessing Data Quality Activities, Install Data Quality App from App Exchange, Install Field Footprint, Set Up or Install Duplicate Management Tool

We then produce the following based on the results of our appraisal: 

  • A Recommendation Report and Action Plan

  • A 2 Hour Recommendations Review Consultation including; 

    Product and User Adoption Plan, System and Governance Plan, Data Management Plan & Next Steps Action Plan 

  • Virtual Training on Best Practice Principles
